SHIPPING:

When will I get my order? Order are processed between 2-3 business day. Depending on your chosen shipping method it will then take 2-5 business days to arrive on your door step.  PLEASE NOTE DUE TO WORLDWIDE ISSUES THERE MAY BE SHIPPING DELAYS

REFUND:

Can I get a Refund? Sorry but due to the nature of our products and the safety of our customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

What do I do if I am missing an item(s) or got the wrong item(s)? Please email our customer service team support@velezbeautii.com with name, order number, proof of order summary and item(s) that are wrong or missing. We will evaluate the issue and correct it immediately. 

OTHER QUESTIONS:

Is Velez Beautii Vegan/Cruelty Free? Here at Velez Beautii we hand make all of our products using only ingredients that are Vegan and/or Natural making them safe for lips, eye, and face use. None of the items we make come from or are tested on animals. 

PR/Ambassador program? We currently do not have a PR list nor do we have an ambassador program. We are still a small brand but eventually will want to create one. Be sure to follow us on Instgram @velezbeautii to stay update on PR/Ambassador info.
